Tree Preservation and Removal Proposals (TPRP)


Lease Compliance and Submission

For private developments, we prepare TPRPs to meet the tree preservation clause under lease, following LandsD’s Guidance Notes and LAO PN No. 6/2023, including criteria demonstrating unavoidable impacts due to building design, site constraints, statutory/lease requirements, density, and tree condition.

Submission Content and Process

We compile survey data, annotated plans, clash analyses with GBPs/Foundation/Site Formation/ELS Plans, method statements, and compensatory planting per PN 6/2023, submitting to DLO/BPU or relevant B/D as appropriate; deemed approval may apply for cases tied to planning landscape submissions.

Self-certification of Compliance (SCC)

Where eligible, we prepare SCC for TPRP submissions under PN 6/2023, ensuring photographic records and as-built compliance align with approved proposals.

Tree risk assessment and lifecycle care


TRAM Framework

We conduct area- and tree-based risk assessments under the Development Bureau’s TRAM Guidelines (10th Edition), applying the triage system, mitigation measures, sensitivity analysis, record-keeping, and audit inspections to maximize public safety and sustain tree health.

Government Vetting Standards

For TWVP submissions, we cover TRA forms, location plans, tree protection zones, method statements for transplanting/pruning, OVT procedures (DEVB TC(W) requirements), compensatory planting, and maintenance department consents.
