Construction Supervision

On-site Inspection and Quality Assurance

Planting Works Inspection

We conduct systematic checks on soil preparation, pit dimensions, rootball handling, and planting depth to ensure compliance with specifications and Technical Circulars on Greening Works.

Hardscape and Finishes

Regular inspections of paving, kerbs, retaining walls, and landscape furniture are carried out against approved shop drawings and material samples.

Mock-ups and Sample Reviews

Hardscape finishes, paving, and furniture are tested and approved before full implementation.

Pre-delivery Quality Control

We conduct nursery visits to verify tree health, species authenticity, and compliance with the Standard Specification.

Testing and Compliance Checks

Tree Protection and Transplanting Checks

On-site verification of tree protection zones, fencing, and rootball preparation is conducted per Practice Notes and Tree Risk Assessment Guidelines.

Handling and Installation

We supervise unloading, rootball protection, staking, and planting depth to ensure compliance.

Inspection Records

Each inspection stage is documented with photographs, checklists, and reports.

Non-conformance Reporting

Any deviations from approved drawings or specifications are logged, corrective measures proposed, and follow-up inspections scheduled.

Final Compliance Certification

Upon completion, we prepare Self-Certification of Compliance (SCC) submissions for landscape works where applicable, ensuring statutory acceptance by PlanD, LandsD, or relevant authorities.

Post-planting Establishment

Irrigation checks, mulching, and protective fencing are verified to safeguard establishment and minimize transplant shock.
